1. Acceptance

By accessing www.workstationoffice.com ("the website"), operated by Work Station Office (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("the Company"), you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the website.

2. Product information and pricing

• Product information, images, dimensions, colours and technical details are based on the Company’s catalogue. Colours shown on screen may differ from the actual product depending on your display.
• This website does not publish prices — all prices are provided in a quotation prepared case by case by our sales team.
• Submitting a quotation request does not create a contract of sale until both parties confirm the order in writing.
• SKUs, dimensions and specifications are re-confirmed on the official quotation. The Company reserves the right to correct printing errors.
• The Company may change models or specifications, or discontinue products, without prior notice.

3. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by model — up to 5 years on the structure and 1 year on tops and door fronts, subject to each model’s conditions. The binding warranty terms are those stated on the quotation or sales document for your order.

4. Accounts and LINE Login

Signing in with LINE is optional and exists to make it easier for us to reach you. You are responsible for the security of your own LINE account. Data received from LINE is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content, text, images, logos, the WORKSTATION trademark and the design of this website are the property of the Company or its licensors. They may not be copied, adapted, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited use

• Submitting false information, spam or fake quotation requests
• Interfering with the system or attempting unauthorised access
• Using the website unlawfully or in breach of the rights of others

7. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
